- •Patients posted for Modified Radical Mastectomy surgery for Carcinoma Breast belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification I, II and III.
排除标准
- •1\.Patients’ refusal
- •2\.BMI 35Kg/m2 and above.
- •3\.Patients with skin infections at the needle puncture site
- •4\.Any bleeding diathesis
- •5\.Allergic to study medications
- •6\.Patients with CAD
- •7\.Patients with pre\-existing dementia and seizure disorder
