•1. Patients undergoing elective nasal surgery of otolaryngology under general anesthesia
•2. Patients in class I and II according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification
•3. Age 19-65

•- The body temperature measured in the ward before surgery is 37.6°C or higher or less than 36.0°C
•-obesity (BMI >35kg/m2)
•- patients who are less than 19 years old, 66 years old or older
•-Emergency surgery
•-Hemodynamic instability or respiratory failure
•- In case of contraindications to the use of remimazolam (ex. hypersensitivity to benzodiazepine drugs, glaucoma, alcohol or drug dependence, sleep apnea syndrome, renal failure, liver failure, etc.)
•-psychiatric history and cognitive impairment
•-In case of the time from induction of anesthesia to termination of anesthesia is less than 1 hour
