入选标准
- •1) Parents aged 25-65 years old
- •2) Fluent Thai communication
- •3) Primary caregiver of a child with autism or ADHD. By living in the same household with the child.
- •4) Life Congruent score at relatively low or lowest, and the level of parenting stress index is moderate to high.
排除标准
- •1) Active psychological symptoms or poor concentrate on communication.
- •2) Receiving psychological treatment from specialists with mindfulness therapy or cognitive and behavioral therapy or stress management program in different ways.
- •3) Unable to attend complete sessions.
