入选标准
- •18 to under 65 years of age
- •The patient exhibited disc herniation or spinal stenosis in the 4th-5th lumbar vertebrae as evidenced by MRI, in addition to presented with unilateral lower extremity radicular pain.
排除标准
- •(1) Grade 3 or less of lower extremities (score of 3 or less on manual muscle testing), lower extremity hyperreflexia, bladder dysfunction, or other neurologic abnormalities.
- •(2) Lumbar region infection
- •(3) Patients with a mass occupying the epidural space in the lumbar region.
- •(4) Patients who have undergone surgery in the lumbar region
- •(5) Cancer patients
- •(6) Pregnant women
- •(7) Allergic to any of the medications used in the procedure
