入排标准
入选标准
- •Type 2 DM patients, 18 years and above who fulfilled WHO diagnostic criteria (Blood Sugar Fasting >126 or Blood Sugar >200,2h after glucose challenge) and
- •2.Patients who are on metformin with or without any other anti-diabetic drugs including insulin.(minimum time duration on metformin therapy 1year)
排除标准
- •1.Has type 1 diabetes mellitus;
- •2.Has other causes of cobalmine deficiency like malabsorption syndrome or Gastro-Intestinal surgery, alcoholism,etc and
- •3. Those who have received vitamin supplementation in the last 3 months.
- •4.Have discontinued metformin in last six months.
- •5. Any other cause of peripheral neuropathy .
