- •Adult patients from 18 to 65 years
- •Patients posted for Craniotomy and Clipping for Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
- •ASA I to III patients
- •Documented SAH with GCS more than 8 posted for craniotomy and clipping
排除标准
- •Emergency cases
- •Patients with GCS of less than 8
- •Already intubated at the time of presentation
- •Coagulopathies
- •Infection at planned cannulation sites
- •Patients posted for re-do clipping
- •Documented thrombus in right internal jugular vein
- •Neck line already in situ in right internal jugular vein
