入选标准
- •1) Patients 18 years and above;
- •2) ASA physical status I & II;
- •3) Patients undergoing PSRS surgery,
- •4)Patients operated with thoraco-abdominal incision.
排除标准
- •1.)Patients refusal to have catheter;
- •2) On systemic analgesic medication for some other ailment;
- •3) Patients with diabetic mellitus
- •4) Patient with cardiac disease
- •5) Base line heart rate less than 60 per minute.
- •f) Known allergy to any of the study drugs
