入选标准
- •age between 15 and 65 years old; having unstable complex hip or long bone fracture; being admitted to Intense care unit; being tachypneic; suffering respiratory distress; having low oxygen saturation; having Acidosis.
- •Exclusion criteria: having renal failure history; Glascow coma score less than 8 at time of hospitalization; having angioplasty history; having history of chronic respiratory disease (e.g. Asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,...); concomitant renal, hepatic, cardiac or central nervous system injury in recent trauma; unstable hemodynamic; requiring surgical intervention.
