- •Adult patients undergoing lower abdominal surgery
- •under spinal anesthesia with ASA class 1 & 2.
排除标准
- •Patients with known history of hypertension, on anti hypertensives.
- •Patients with orthostatic hypotension or documented
- •autonomic neuropathy.
- •Patients with known cardiac diseases.
- •Pregnant patients.
- •Patients with benign prostatic hypertrophy.
- •Patients with BMI >30 kg/m2
- •Patients with height of <150 cm.
- •Patients with age >70 years.
