- •Patients suffering from Acute Kidney LV ejection fraction > 45% at enrolment on the apical four-chamber view
- •Requiring mechanical ventilation for a period of more than 48 hours
- •Eligible for Spontaneous Breathing Trial according to standard ICU protocol independent of the investigators
排除标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Ejection fraction < 45% at enrolment.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Pre-existing neuromuscular pathologies.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Pre-existing history of lung disease.
