入选标准
- •Patients giving written informed consent.
- •Patients undergoing elective surgery for fracture of femur unable to sit for spinal anaesthesia due to severe pain(VAS >7).
- •ASA Grade I & II.
排除标准
- •Patients with multiple injuries.
- •Patients with history of known allergic to study drugs.
- •Patients with compromised renal, cardiac and respiratory status like asthma, recent MI, conduction disturbances, CVA, severe coronary insufficiency, chronic renal insufficiency.
- •Patients with general contraindication for spinal anaesthesia.
