入选标准
- •Patients with moderate to severe chronic periodontitis with pocket depth >6mm with CAL > 6mm.
- •Radiographic evidence of bone loss.
- •Systemically healthy patients.
- •Patients with no history of allergy to materials and drugs used or prescribed in the study
- •The presence of two or more sextants containing two or more teeth pocket depth >6mm.
排除标准
- •Patient who has undergone periodontal treatment within a period of 1 year.
- •Patients on any medication taken within the last 6 months which may alter the periodontal status.
- •Chronic smokers and alcoholics.
- •Pregnant and lactating females.
- •Patient with present/past systemic illness known to affect the outcome of periodontal therapy.
