入选标准

  • (1)Women scheduled to undergo in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) procedures and routine oocyte retrieval; (2)Residual follicular fluid samples that would otherwise be discarded after routine clinical processing can be obtained during oocyte retrieval; (3)Participants in the POI intervention group and POI control group meet the diagnostic criteria for Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) or are assessed by reproductive specialists as having diminished ovarian function; (4)Participants in the non-ovarian-factor control group undergo assisted reproductive treatment due to non-ovarian factors, such as male-factor infertility or tubal-factor infertility. Female participants have normal ovarian reserve function and no confirmed POI or other reproductive endocrine disorders that may significantly affect follicular fluid test results; (5)Able to understand the study procedures, voluntarily participate in the study, and provide written informed consent.

排除标准

  • (1) Participants with severe diseases involving major organs or systems, including the cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, or hematopoietic systems;
