入选标准
- •1)ASA Grade 1/2
- •2)Proven complex unilateral hand injuries such as
- •flexor tendon cut injury
- •crushed hand injuries
- •>2 metacarpel bone fractures
排除标准
- •1)Requiring surgical management within half an hour of hospital admission
- •2)Sensory deficits in the arm
- •3)Coagulopathy/ Vascular injuries of forearm
- •4)Haemodynamically unstable patients/requiring urgent care
- •5)Concomitant head injuries/ polytrauma patients
- •6)Patients with extensor tendon injuries/single
- •metacarpel fracture/phalangeal fractures,
- •bilateral hand injuries
- •7)Clinical features suggestive of compartment syndrome of forearm
