- •Elective upper limb surgeries (from mid humerus to fore arm, hand )
排除标准
- •Patient refusal for procedure
- •Any bleeding disorder or patient on anticoagulants
- •Neurological deficits involving brachial plexus
- •Patient with allergy to local anaesthetics
- •Local infection at the injection site
- •Patients on any sedatives or antipsychotics
- •Patient with several renal,hepatic,respiratory and cardiac disease
- •Pregnant patients
