- •All open, thoracolumbar spondylodesis over 1-4 heights/segments.
- •- Attained 18 years of age
- •- Consent to the study
排除标准
- •- Spondylodiscitis (also intra- or postoperative diagnosis)
- •- Operations due to tumors, metastases
- •- Intraoperative cerebrospinal fluid leak
- •- Polytrauma, instatbil fractures (AO type C)
- •- Pregnancy
- •- Coagulation disorders
- •- Lack of capacity to inform / persons under care
- •- Underage patients
- •- Lack of possibility of follow-up after 3 months
