- •No food allergy
- •If taking any of the following medications, the medication dosage must have been stable for > 1 month before study participation: aspirin, vitamins, supplementary food, anti-hypertensives, drugs for osteoporosis
排除标准
- •History of food allergy
- •Use of thyroid hormone
- •Pregnancy or lactation
- •History of diabetes or use of glucose-lowering medications including insulin
- •Serious illness requiring hospitalization within 3 months prior to study initiation
- •Diseases affecting digestion or absorption of food such as recent gastrointestinal surgery, inflammatory bowel disease i.e. Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis
- •Use of medications affecting blood glucose levels, including but not limited to steroids, anti-retrovirals, and antipsychotics
