入选标准

  • patients scheduled robot-assisted prostatectomy

排除标准

  • lidocaine allergy Hx
  • hemodynamic unstable patients
  • weight < 40kg
  • arrhythmia or bradycardia

lidocaine group

Experimental

The study group receives perioperative lidocaine infusion with general anesthesia for robot-assisted prostatectomy

干预措施: lidocaine group (Drug)

control group

Placebo Comparator

The control group receives normal saline infusion with with general anesthesia for robot-assisted prostatectomy

干预措施: control group (Drug)

结局指标

主要结局

Concentration of citrullinated histone3

时间窗: 24 hours after surgery

This will be obtained using ELISA.

次要结局

  • Concentration of meyloperoxidase(24 hours after surgery)
  • Concentration of neutrophil elastase(24 hours after surgery)
