入选标准
- •Adult patients (aged > 18 years) undergoing elective open colectomy and/or proctectomy for benign colorectal diseases and non-metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma (AJCC stage I-III) between January 2018 and December 2020 at the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Thailand.
排除标准
- •Patients having an operation for recurrent tumor
- •Patients having acute colonic obstruction or perforation
- •Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status of IV or more
- •Current opioid users
- •Patients being unable to understand the concept of intravenous patient-controlled analgesia
