Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Postoperative adult patients with intermediate to high risk postoperative pulmonary complications ventilated with low tidal volume ventilation
- •2\. Patients who had postoperative circulatory failure defined as one of the following; MAP \< 65 mmHg, SBP \< 90 mmHg, SBP decrease more than 40 mmHg from baseline, arterial lactate \> 4 mmol/l, urine output \< 0\.5 ml/kg/hr at least one hour.
- •3\. Patients who already had arterial line in place
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Limitation of PPV and SVV use
- •2\. Pregnancy
- •3\. Use of plateau pressure more than 30 cmH2O before inclusion
