Inclusion Criteria
Day 4 postnatal mother who has breastfeeding problem due to less breast milk production Primi or multi para mother which includes Normal vaginal delivery as well as LSCS mother
Mother who did not take any kind of medicine for breast milk production.
Mother who are ready to participate in the study.
Mother available during data collection time.
Exclusion Criteria
?Complicated postnatal mother-like bleeding and anaemia.
?Mother with a complicated newborn who needs to visit her newborn
?Mother who refuses to give consent.
