Inclusion Criteria

- The level of pain (VAS 4-6)
- Intermittent the pain from 6 months.

Exclusion Criteria

- Patients with knee inflammation, swelling, warm obvious.
- History were the knee subluxation, fractured, bone broken or deformed.
- The patellas bone stiffness or contracture.
- Open wounds in the thighs, hips and legs.
- Knee replacement, knee arthroscopy and intra-articular corticosteroids or intra-articular hyaluronate
- Subjects were excluded if they suffered from gout, rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, bleeding disorders, skin diseases, tuberculosis, AIDS, cancer.
- vein thrombosis
- The pills prevent the coagulation of the arteries.
