1. Age between 18-60 years old
2. Upper back pain and have been diagnosed with LPPS-4L
3. Numerical rating scale (NRS) > 4
1. Open wound at upper back and related areas
2. Fever with temperature over 38.5 degree celsius
3. History of trauma or surgery involving the bones of the neck, shoulder and/or back
4. Inflammatory arthritis
5. Neuropathic pain
6. Pregnant
7. Uncontrolled hypertension (BP>140/90mmHg)
8. Take any medication affected the pain such as analgesic or muscle relaxant drugs within 1 week before the experiment
