Inclusion Criteria

1.Man or woman aged 18 or over
2.Patients are able to go to Siriraj hospital 2 times per week
3. Patients are able to provide informed consent
4.Peripheral neuropathic pain diagnosis by the pain specialist
5.Douleur Neuropathique 4 (DN4) greater than or equal to 4
6.Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain greater than or equal to 4
7.Treatment had to be stable for 3 months before recruitment into the study.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Plan surgery within 3 months
2.Central neuropathic pain, stroke, or spinal cord injury
3.History disease of uncontrolled Psychiatric disorders
4.Have trauma, fracture, or open wounds on the area with pain
5.Addiction to alcohol and/or drugs elicit
6.Pregnancy
7.Conditions demanded by the study ex. fever, skin disease on the affected area
