1. Patients aged <=70 yearswith STEMI presenting within 12 hours of symptom onset.
2. Successful PCI of a culprit coronary artery with achievement of TIMI 3 flow.
3. One- or two-vessel disease (>=70% stenosis)
4. Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) >45% after PCI
5. Patient who can provide informed consent
•Presence of severe left main or other lesions requiring inpatient staging
•Cardiogenic shock and/or signs of heart failure
•Persistent arrhythmias after reperfusion (VT, VF, NSVT, Atrial fibrillation)
•Hemodynamic instability requiring pharmacological or mechanical support (vasopressors, inotropes , IABP, Impella)
•Recurrence of ischemic symptoms
•Bleeding complications (access site-related bleedings), other bleedings (e.g., gastrointestinal), cerebral bleedings including stroke.
•CKD â?? eGFR < 45ml/min/1.73 m2 BSA and not on dialysis
•Severe Anaemia (Hb <7)
