Having a full-term pregnancy 42-37 weeks
No hospitalization of the Neonate
Non-participation in training courses
Not having a high-risk pregnancy
Lack of psychiatric disease
Having overweight after giving birth
Having literacy
Smartphone access
Exclusion Criteria
Reluctance to participate in the study
