Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion criterion: patients with gallstone that has indications for Cholecystectomy.
Exclusion criteria: patients with acute cholecystitis; known case of cardiac or liver or kidney disease; patients with ventral hernia; former bariatric surgery; diabetes mellitus; BMI>35; metabolic disorders; intraoperative pack cell transfusion; former mid line laparotomy; patients with serious lab test disorder; patients who take corticosteroid or have immune deficiency and whom their operations lasts more than 75 minutes.
