Stable admitted patients (intermediate or low risk) i.e exertional dyspnea or chest pain referred to the Department of Radiology by the cardiologist with the suspect of obstructive coronary artery disease and have undergone coronary angiography but not revascularization.
Chronic total occlusion cases
Multi-vessel/ single vessel disease cases( >50 % stenosis)
No contraindication to contrast-enhanced MRI
Who have contraindications for adenosine i.e., second- or third-degree A-V block, sick sinus syndrome, known hypersensitivity to adenosine
Patients at highest risk for CAD such as those with elevated cardiac enzymes or electrocardiographic ST-segment changes consistent with on-going infarction or ischemia
