Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged16-50 years with symptomatic ACL rupture coming for ACR surgery. Able to give informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

Name Time Method Main Objective: Can post-operative analgesia after anterior cruciate reconstruction (ACR) be improved by adding morphine to local anaesthetic instilled into to the joint at the end of the procedure?;Secondary Objective: How well do patient’s pre-operative expectations of pain experience match their actual experience after ACR surgery?;Primary end point(s): VAS scores post-operatively, compared between groups.
