1.Adolescent girls diagnosed with PCOS, aged between 12-19 years
2.Physician approval for selected patient
3.Have mobile phone in family
4.Willingness to provide informed consent and to visit hospital for follow up or through E-counselling
1.Any pre existing condition / contraindications (CAD, abnormal creatinine levels, liver dysfunction)
2.Bedridden patients and patients due for operations
3.Enrolled in other active intervention research studies
4.Abnormal thyroid function or prolactin levels
5.Use of insulin-sensitizing or glucose-lowering medications, oral contraceptives, fertility medications within 3 months
