入选标准
- •1) Adult (age 19 - 69 years)
- •2) Patients who scheduled robot-assisted partial nephrectomy
- •3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical class I or II
排除标准
- •1) Patients with impaired kidney function before surgery
- •- Glomerular filtration rate < 60 ml/min/1.73 m2
- •- Patients requiring renal placement therapy (i.e., dialysis)
- •2) Patients with hemodynamic instability before, during, and after surgery
- •- Systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg
- •- Heart rate > 100 bits/min
- •- Patients requiring transfusion (hemoglobin < 7 g/dL)
- •3) American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status III or IV
- •4) Patients with a history of vascular diseases
- •5) Refusal to participate in the present study,
