cancer diagnosis in childhood, at time of study at least 18 years old, at least 5 years off therapy, signed informed consent

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Primary outcomes are psychological well-being and coping. Main goals of the study are the assessment of psychological well-being (screening/description of study group) and the analysis of relations between different ways of coping and psychological well-being.<br><br>Both endpoints are assessed at the same time. They are operationalized by the following questionnaires/items:<br><br>Psychological Well-being:<br>-Brief Symptom Inventory 18 (Derogatis 2000)<br>-Posttraumatic Stress Diagnostic Scale, 8 Item Version (Ehring et al. 2007)<br><br><br>Coping:<br>-Cognitive Control Strategy Scale (Stam et al., 2006)<br>-White Bear Suppression Scale (Wegner & Zanakos, 1994)<br>-Illness Perception Scale-Revised (Moss-Morris et al., 2002)<br>-Subjective Risk Perception<br>-Perceived positive consequences/benefits
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary outcome variables are sociodempgraphic information/social adaptation, medical late effects, general distress, social support, and body image.<br><br>Secondary outcome variabels are assessed at the same time point as primary outcomes. The following questionnaires are used:<br>-Questionnaire on sociodemographic and health information<br>-Distress Thermometer (Holland & Reznik, 2005)<br>-Questionnaire on Social Support, 14 Item Shortform (Fydrich, Sommer & Brähler, 2007)<br>-Body Image Questionnaire (Wenninger et al., 2003)
