Inclusion Criteria
1. Presence of CIED (pacemaker or defibrillator)
2. Age > 20 years old
3. Given informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. Hospitalized, acute coronary syndrome, coronary artery bypass grafting, percutaneous coronary intervention, or cardioversion within 3 months
2. Atrial arrhythmia ablation within previous 3 months or currently plan
3. Primary electrical disease (e.g. Idiopathic ventricular fibrillation, long QT syndrome, Bragada syndrome)
