Inclusion Criteria
Patients above 15 years of age with at least one WSL on the labial surface of the teeth induced by fixed orthodontic treatment or natural process.No restrictions on gender, age, city/country, ethnicity, and socio-economic status
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with any illness potentially affecting the study outcome, such as enamel hypoplasia, craniofacial deformities, and/or ongoing medication excluded from the study. Excluded from the study.

Name Time Method Patients initial scoring values of the enamel are evaluated using EKSTRANDETAL then the corresponding paste are applied on each group twice daily for 6 consecutive weeks and final remineralizing potential assessed using Ekstrandetal scoring criteria. <br/ ><br>Based on the scoring criteria we are assessing the remineralization potential <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: BASE LINE <br/ ><br>4 WEEKS AND 6 WEEKS <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>

Name Time Method enamel having severe white spots come to score 2.They have to apply the remineralization paste for another 2 weeksTimepoint: Apply the remineraliation paste for another 2 weks and evaluate the scoring criteria
