Inclusion Criteria

(1) Aged 50-75 years;
(2) It meets the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis (refer to the acr diagnostic criteria in the international guide Osteoarthritis in 2019);
(3) Kellgren-lawrence score is grade I-III;
(4) VAS score < 4;
(5) Agree to participate in this research and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) Acupuncture high-risk groups, including those with coagulation dysfunction and extremely low immune function, such as hemophilia and malignant tumor of blood system;
(2) Patients with fracture and severe ligament tear caused by knee joint trauma;
(3) Patients with severe medical complications;
(4) Psychiatric patients and unconsciousness who cannot cooperate with the treatment, and those who fail to fill in the questionnaire due to poor compliance during the screening process;
(5) Breastfeeding and pregnant women;
(6) Those who are allergic to needles and iodophors used in the research process;
(7) Those who have used corticosteroids in recent 4 weeks; Those who have used opioids in the past 1 week;
(8) Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; Those who have received acupuncture treatment of knee joint within 2 weeks.
