Inclusion Criteria
- Age of 1 month -19 years
- Severe gastroesophageal reflex disease
- Feeding intolerance
- Decrease or absent gag reflex
- Risk of aspiration pneumonia
Exclusion Criteria
- Had percutaneous gastric feeding tube
- Malrotation of internal abdominal organ
- Active bleeding of esophageal varices
- Undergo major abdominal surgery
- Allergic to metoclopramide
