Inclusion Criteria

healthy adults: normal spirometry

active smoker: smoking history > 10 PY and normal spirometry

ex-smoker: no smoking for 12 months, smoking history > 10 PY and normal spirometry

Exclusion Criteria

Pulmonary comorbidity,
abnormal spirometry,
Acute respiratory infection,
Pregnancy
