- •1\.Patients of ASA physical status 3 or 4\. 2\.Patients undergoing artifical dialysis. 3\.Patients with hepatic failure. 4\.Patients with infection 5\.Patients with heart failur (NYHA 3 or 4\) 6\.patients with a pacemaker because of arrhythmia.
