- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To compare the effects directly on the luminal diameter of cerebral vessels on the diseased

side between propofol and sevofluraneTimepoint: 1. Pre-Induction of anaesthesia

2. 1 hour post-induction of anaesthesia

3. Post Completion of the Neuro-Endovascular Procedure
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. To compare the changes on cerebral blood flow indirectly by measuring cerebral transit

time (CTT) between propofol and sevoflurane anaesthesia

2.To compare the effect on pro-inflammatory biomarker Neuron Specific Enolase (NSE)

between propofol and sevoflurane anaesthesia

Timepoint: 1.Pre-Induction of anaesthesia

2. 1 hour post-induction of anaesthesia

3. Post completion of neuroendovascular procedure

4. NSE estimation prior to procedure and 24 hours post procedure
