1.Patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysm scheduled for coil embolisation procedure
2.Age 18 years and above
3.WFNS grade 1and 2 patients36 /Modified Hunt and Hess Clinical Grade 1 and 2 patients
4.Modified Fisher grade 1 and 2 patients
1.Hemodynamically unstable patients
2Intubated patients
3.Patients receiving sedative agents
4.Patients diagnosed to have vasculitis
5.Patients diagnosed to have cerebral vasospasm clinically or radiologically
6.Hematocrit of less than 30% and more than 45%
