Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients with age 18-65years 2)Patients belonging to ASA grade 1 or 2
3)Patients undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia which are using ETT for securing airway
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patient refusal 2)ASA grade 3 or4
3)Obese patients BMI > 30
4)Patients allergic to either of the agents used in both groups
5)CKD, CLD patients, cardiac dysfunction, psychotic and neurotic disorder , Drug addiction,BMI >30, use of supraglottic devices , use of any nerve block
6)Patients with difficult airway

Name Time Method -Hemodynamic changes observed at induction and post intubation <br/ ><br>-Adverse effects <br/ ><br>-Patient satisfaction score <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Baseline, every minute thereafter for 5 readings. Last reading taken 1 min post intubation. <br/ ><br>-Adverse effects during those 6 minutes if any are observed and written with respective treatment. <br/ ><br>-Patient satisfaction score <br/ ><br>postoperatively 15 minutes after extubation
