Inclusion Criteria

Patients with Subarachnoid haemorrhage posted for clipping of aneurysm

Exclusion Criteria

) Refusal to consent.

2) Patients receive general anaesthesia for digital substraction angiography

4) Patient with bleeding disorder

5) Diabetic patients(uncontrolled)

6) Pregnant/nursing female

7) Patient with known renal and hepatic disease

8) Patient with psychiatric illness, drug abusers and alcoholic

9) Patients allergic to propofol

10) Patients with posterior circulation aneurysm
