Inclusion Criteria

Age > 18yrs

ASA grade 1 & 2

GCS 15 prior to surgery

Elective intracranial tumour resection

Exclusion Criteria

Chronic alcoholism

Prior history of psychiatric disease

Pregnancy

Hepatic or renal derangements

Epilepsy surgeries

Patients on mechanical ventilation for > 72 hrs post surgery

Patients with bilateral hearing loss or blindness.

Redo surgery within 48 hrs.
