Inclusion Criteria

The patient should be comfortable and interested to the study
The patient chronicle heart failure diagnosed by doctor and hospitalized in Chamran hospital department
The patient has been diagnosed with chronic heart failure for 1 year.
With class III and IV chronic heart failure.
The average age of 35 to 70 years old
Having the ability to speak, read and write in persian.
The patient has not participated in similar training or treatment courses simultaneously or before
the patient shouldn't experiencing severe stress such as divorce or etc .
according to the documents of patient file, the patients shouldn't suffering from mental retardation or diagnosed cognitive problems like dementia, which could distort the patient learning
Patients shouldn't have any kinds of psychiatric illnesses.

Exclusion Criteria

the patient doesn't willing to keep participating in the study
confronting to any physical or mental problem or any severe stressful events for patients during the study that made him unable to continue cooperating in the study.
The patient has been absent from training sessions for more than two sessions.

Primary Outcome Measures

Perceived stress of patients with chronic heart failure. Timepoint: measuring Perceived stress in patients before, immediately and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: The data collection appliance is a questionnaire that consists of two parts. The first part will be the demographic characteristics of the patients and the second part will be the perceived stress questionnaire of Cohen and colleagues.;Happiness of patients with chronic heart failure. Timepoint: Measuring the level of happiness in patients before, immediately and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: The data collection appliance will be the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire.;Life expectancy of patients with chronic heart failure. Timepoint: Measuring life expectancy in patients before, immediately and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: The data collection appliance will be Snyder et al.'s life expectancy questionnaire.
