Inclusion Criteria

Indication for enteroscopy of the small intestine with the motorized spiral enteroscope (motorized spiral), ASA=/<3

Exclusion Criteria

Known anomaly or malformation of the larynx, History of anesthetic incident, Presence of a tracheostoma, ASA >3, Airway difficulty as assessed by the anesthesiologist or patients with expected difficult airway as assessed by the anesthesiologist. Clinically significant restriction of cervical spine reclination ability, Impaired pulmonary function, identifiable by saturation under room air <90%, Patients unable to consent or with limited ability to consent, Any other disease or condition in which study performance is not safely possible in the judgment of the investigators.
