Inclusion Criteria
a. All adult patients (age >18 years) of both sexes with a diagnosis of Primary CNS Vasculitis, satisfying the diagnostic criteria as below:
1. Recent history or presence of an acquired neurological deficit unexplained by other causes
2. Evidence of vasculitis in a CNS biopsy specimen, or
3. Cerebral angiogram or highly probable MRI Brain with changes characteristic of vasculitis.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Those patients who are not consenting to participate in this registry
2. Patients with evidence of systemic vasculitis
3. Hypercoagulable state
4. Neuro-infections which can explain the clinical, neuroimaging or biopsy findings
