Caucasian origin
Exclusion Criteria
Multiple pregnancy
Growth restriction of the fetus
Hypertension
Chronical diseases
Age > 40 years
Smoking
Influenza or fever within two weeks prior to bloodsampling
Severe periodontal disease
Presence of P. gingivalis
