Patients aged between 40 and 75 years undergoing elective surgery for off pump CABG procedure
Exclusion Criteria
Known allergy to tranexamic acid
Redo surgery
Coagulopathy
Renal failure
Emergency surgeries
On pump CABG procedure
Patient refusal to participant in study
LVEF <35%
