Inclusion Criteria
Age > 18 years
Hemodialysis for more than 1 year
Stable dialysis routine
Hemodynamic stability
Cardiac stability
3 times a week on dialysis
Exclusion Criteria
Complex comorbidity
Life expectancy less than 6 months
Significant cognitive impairments
Current depressive disorder or any other current psychiatric disorder according to DSM-IV criteria
Patient atypical for the dialysis centre
