Inclusion Criteria
Age: 20-35 years
German speaking (fluent)
BMI < 30
Exclusion Criteria
Chronic previous disease
- Regular medication use at the time of study participation or in the preceding 6 months
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Use of oral contraception
- Drug use in the past 6 months
- Acute infection or orthopedic injury
- Intake of nutritional supplements
- Smoking:in
- > 300 minutes of endurance training per week (within the last 6 months)
- > 3 strength training sessions per week (within the past 6 months)
